Prior to Alexander's bout with Kotelnik, I felt Alexander had the perfect style to defeat Bradley. However, I have been really down on Alexander since the Kotelnik fight (I thought Kotelnik deserved the win), but styles make fights, right? I still have this weird feeling the Alexander I saw prior to the Kotelnik fight is going to show up and make it a heck of a fight.

Alexander and Montiel are both +175ish underdogs. Talk about live dogs. At least one of them will hit, IMO.

Who do you guys like in the NFL this weekend? I absolutely can't bet on NFL anymore (the losses are too much) but I like

    New Orleans -10.5 Over 45
    GB +2.5 Over 46
    Baltimore -3 Under 41
    Indy -3 Under 44.5

I won't touch NFL betting at all. I wonder if Valdosta and Ronnn are betting?

I'm surprised you're not betting on New England to win it all. Odds not good enough?
  8. no bets yet...I do like the colts and saints this weekend

and those 2 teams as future bets..

Nope. I would be more likely to bet that they don't win it all. I like NE but they are 1 of 8 teams going into next week.

I know you don't want to hear this because you're betting on Bradley, but I'm having visions of Alexander rebounding from the Kotelnik mess to score a shocking upset TKO. :coolio:

You will be in for a surprise. Alexander definitely has the tools to shock chinny Bradley, and even if he loses, it'll be a hard fought fight.

you think Bradley is chinny? I don't doubt that Alexander can pull off the win, but I don't see any chance of a KO win

I don't think it's glass, but I definitely question it. Alexander is the type of guy that can expose that weakness because he has good speed and could land something Bradley doesn't see.

honestly tho - how is he chinny? Has he shown a shaky chin? is there a fight i am missing here? and when did Alexander become an impressive puncher? Is he going to outwork Bradley? Is he going to out-slick and outsmart him? do you honestly think he hits hard enough to keep Bradley honest?

did you put any money on alexander or are you just babbling to try and get people to disagree with you?

Alexander is just more fundamentally sound. Bradley can get wild from time to time, and I think for this one he's going to be particularly overanxious. He seems very irritated by Alexander, which I believe will work against him. And while Alexander isn't some big banger, his power is quite respectful IMO.

I could be completely wrong, but that's how I envisioned the fight a year ago. Hence, I'm going to stick with my first impression.

BTW, I actually hope I'm wrong since Bradley is from Cali. Gotta root for the Cali fighter even though I feel he's going to be upset.

Fair enough. I do think he is a live dog here, and i don't think he is featherfisted.... but i dont think he will stop bradley
